Magicbox is an esteemed meal delivery service that specializes in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, tailored specifically for the discerning Australian audience.

This project was undertaken as part of my Masters studies, focusing on the art of storytelling. The objective was to leverage storytelling devices and methods to create a compelling brand identity for a meal delivery service. By combining Semiotics and Metaphor, an innovative and captivating brand identity was developed for Magicbox. Drawing inspiration from the enchanting tale of Aladdin, the project seamlessly weaves together the customer journey map, highlighting the challenges faced by customers and how Magicbox emerges as the ultimate solution for all their dietary and wellness needs.
